Former Notre Dame quarterback and high school coach, Steve Belles has retained defense attorneys in Arizona, US, after recommended charges of Failure to Report Child Abuse and Child Abuse. Belles was the head varsity football coach at Hamilton High School in Chandler, AZ, US, where a longterm police investigation into hazing turned sexual assault
